A four level Edwardian home that received modern treatments throughout, all the while preserving the more notable elements of the period.
THE QUEENSWAY PROJECT
A non-descript bungalow receives a full second storey, along with mounds of character and comfort.
ANNEX PROJECT 01
A turn of the century Georgian-style home gets many contemporary treatments.
Along with a renovation including a new kitchen and baths, this semi receives a large infusion of natural light from the re-worked rear facade.
CABBAGETOWN PROJECT 01
A second storey addition, complete with a clerestory and 14' ceiling was constructed over top of this 120 year old heritage home, all the while maintaining a recently renovated kitchen beneath.
A steel structure is on display where all the interior load-bearing walls were removed as part of this full-scale renovation. Large windows were added to maximize light, along with an 8' tall rear sliding door that measures nearly 17 feet long.
A remodel of the main floor in this home both reclaims and breaths life back into a brick and wood party wall and a tired stair.
